The invention of Amywell Compact Fiberboard, also known as Compact Density Fiberboard (CDF), represents a groundbreaking advancement in the building decoration panel industry. Leveraging years of technical expertise in decorative panels, the Amywell team, in collaboration with a world-class technical expert group, has developed this transformative architectural design and decorative panel.
Compact Fiberboard is an innovative, robust, and high-density (850-1200kg/m³) wood-based fiberboard. The core of this material is black, composed of wood fibers that have been impregnated with thermosetting resin. The surface layers on either side are adorned with decor papers featuring an array of decorative colors or designs, which are further enhanced by impregnation with melamine-based resin. These two components are seamlessly bonded together under rigorous conditions of high pressure and temperature, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing decorative material.
CDF has emerged as a relatively new material in the market and has rapidly gained favor in various applications within the construction and furniture sectors. Its unique properties and aesthetic versatility make it a valuable addition to any project seeking durability, strength, and visual appeal.
